‘Introduction to Keyfund’ training qualifies you as a Keyfund Facilitator and a member of the Keyfund network. Once you have attended you can add the Keyfund process to your youth work toolkit to enhance the work that you are already doing with Young People.
But this isn't a 'normal' Introduction to Keyfund Training course; this course comes with much, much more...
An intensive Keyfund experience from start to finish! A BLAST includes Introduction to Keyfund Training for you along with additional support from the Keyfund team to allow young people to Think, Plan and Do throughout the remainder of the BLAST.
This will be followed by drop in sessions for you and your Keyfund group to attend where young people can use Keyfund resources and get support from you and the Keyfund team to put their project together.
All of the groups will go to panel on Monday 27th February and, if successful will receive their Keyfund money shortly afterwards.
We do have some joining criteria.
To become a Keyfund Facilitator you must:
• work or volunteer for an organisation that has a safeguarding policy, risk assessment procedure, equal opportunities policy, child protection policy, health and safety policy and public liability insurance.
