Licensees  

Joining criteria
Keyfund Licensees are organisations who want to use Keyfund’s process, expertise and resources to support the delivery of high quality and measurable youth provision in either their local area or with their specific beneficiaries. Licensees have to meet the following criteria and go through our due diligence process before they can sign up: a genuine organisational fit with the Keyfund ethos and values; a firmly established knowledge and understanding of their local community or specific beneficiaries; proof of the ability and desire to support Facilitators either as direct employees, or as network members; financial stability; commitment to quality assurance; up-to-date safeguarding young people and equal opportunities policies.

Recruitment process
Organisations interested in becoming a Keyfund Licensee contact the Keyfund Federation and arrange an initial meeting with the Chief Executive. From there the organisation will go through the standard due diligence assessment. If successful, they will work alongside the Chief Executive to agree on specific goals and targets and make arrangements to sign the License Agreement.

Role
To build a network through the recruitment and retention of facilitators who will deliver quality youth work using the Keyfund model as a tool to genuinely reach and engage with disadvantaged young people. To provide information which Keyfund will collate to evidence short term outcomes and long term impact. Use the Keyfund Federation’s intellectual property, resources, support and expertise to provide a shared vision for skilled and trained youth work practitioners.

Responsibilities
To grow through recruitment and retention of Facilitators and panellists. Provide a point of contact for The Keyfund Federation and their Facilitators. Based upon their own plans for growth and progression to develop growth targets with Keyfund and work towards them. To deliver quality through ensuring the core Keyfund model and all its essential elements are delivered. To ensure the required data is collected using the agreed processes and attend review meetings and annual events. To ensure payment of the core annual license fee and any agreed additional services, in time with the agreed payment schedule. To enter into a 2 year license agreement.
